Trained service animals are welcome at SRHC to help patients with disabilities. Therapy, comfort, or emotional support animals are not recognized by the ADA as service animals.
If your service animal exhibits disruptive behavior (e.g. relieving itself in an inappropriate area, showing signs of aggression, appears unmanaged by its handler), we may ask you leave.
While we do love pets of all varieties, please do not bring them into the facility. This is for the safety of our patients and staff.
Some patients are recvieving fraudulent phone calls from outside our facility. The caller claims they are from our office and will ask for patient's Medicare or insurance ID numbers over the phone. Do NOT give this information out. Our facility will not ask for these numbers over the phone unless you were the one to call us.
